This wedding rocked hard! The reception was spectacular. It wasn’t just The Stables Bendooley Estate that provides an amazing atmosphere. Damien and Holly had a band bash out some tunes that had the stables shaking from the vibrations.

But it was when the maid of honour stepped in that this party really got started. She took over the keytar (half keyboard, half guitar) and delivered a solo that no one in that room will ever forget. She may not have hit the right notes, but her performance brought tears of joy to everyone in the room. The hardest part was getting her to hand it back to the band.

This wasn’t the first time tears were shed that day. The ceremony for Damien and Holly also saw many people wipe their eyes when the couple exchanged their vows. From meeting on Facebook to a failed first engagement to a reconciliation, it was one of the greatest love stories of all time. Judging by everyone’s face in the crowd, I wasn’t the only one who thought this.

It was an honour for me to film this wedding, especially at the Bendooley Estate Stables. I’m so happy to be a preferred supplier as it means I get to visit this venue frequently. Damien, Holly, and I got to wander Bendooley Estate to find superb locations where the two of them could express their love under the glow of the sun. They breezed through the long grass, laughed amongst the lush garden, and stood proud in front of the stables with their friends and family. Like the song says, the best is yet to come for Damien and Holly.
