Kristel mentioned during her vows that she knows David wished they could have gone to a registry to get married. She followed up by saying, but this is pretty awesome and it was all held at the amazing Bawley Vale Estate.
I have to agree. This wedding was pretty awesome.
Bawley Vale Estate is incredible. Kristel, David and I got a chance to explore the grounds and found some fantastic places to shoot some footage. From the sun shining through the luscious trees to a peaceful stroll on a boardwalk, it was sensational. We got some more shots out in the open when the sun went down, including some with sparklers.
The reception area was also spectacular. The glass walls provided an epic view of the outdoors, and the venue had plenty of space for guests to get up and dance. Even the bridal party got to spread out and show off their moves when they did their walk-ins. There were also some amazing neon signs that lit up the room. But one of the biggest highlights for me was the black cake. I don’t know if I’ve seen one before. It looked awesome. It had “till death do us part” written on the top and some stunning flowers that made it pop.
There were so many fantastic moments at Kristel and David’s wedding. I’m happy they invited me to this wedding instead of going to a registry. They made the right choice.
