Isabella and Damien at Bendooley Estate Book Barn. I may not know every single element on the periodic table, but I know chemistry when I see it.

Shooting Isabella and Damien at the stunning Bendooley Estate Book Barn came with so many highlights. I sent my drone out to capture some picturesque images of the estate as well as the luscious hills, gorgeous lake, and all of the beautiful buildings that surround the area. I’m so glad that Mitch Hickman Films is a preferred supplier for Bendooley Estate because it means I get to film here on a regular basis and discover new secret locations with every couple.

Speaking of couples, filming Isabella and Damien has to be one of my career highlights. The chemistry these two have is something rare. Both of them choked back tears as they expressed their love for one another during the ceremony, and I have to say that I had to wipe my eyes once or twice as well. When Damien told Isabella that she was his person, his love, and his life today and always, well, let’s just say my eyes weren’t watering because of the pollen count.

If you thought the outside of the Bendooley Estate Book Barn was great, wait until you see the inside. The slick wooden interior provides a warm and homely feeling as if you want to nestle up with a novel. But once the music starts pumping, all you want to do is dance the night away. From the kids to the grandparents, everyone was up for a great night inside the Book Barn. But there’s only one way to end a night like this, and that’s with sparklers. That’s right. Isabella, Damien, and I would head outside at the end of the evening, light up some sparklers, and watch as they glistened in the night.
