Luke and Paige at The Woolshed. When I left Luke and Paige’s wedding, I noticed my cheeks were hurting. That’s because I was smiling all day filming this couple. It’s one of the few workplace hazards I don’t actually mind.
The weather was perfect for Luke and Paige’s special day. I got to take some glorious drone shots of my hometown and it helped remind me why I love living in the Illawarra. But none of the images I collected were as stunning as the couple. Luke and Paige not only basked in the sunlight, but also in their love. It made capturing it on film so easy, which is likely why I was smiling so much throughout the day.
Another highlight of the day was visiting The Woolshed. Camelia and I are not exactly boot scooters, but we can bust a move when the beat drops. The venue was perfect for this wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone and it featured stunning decorations that perfectly matched the outdoor ceremony. But it was Luke and Paige’s first dance that had everyone in awe. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as they held each other close. It took their parents to cut in to separate the two. After that, the party was on!
It was great to see everyone get out of their seats and dance the night away. While The Woolshed is known for its love of country music, no genre was off limits this night. The venue is a perfect place to host a reception as there is plenty of space to show off your moves and plenty of seating for when your feet get tired. Luke, Paige, and I were even able to sneak off easily to snap some shots under the moon that put a big smile on my face.
